30-Day Return Window. We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
How to Return an Item

Contact Us
Email returns@qualityautoparts.com or use the Contact page within 30 days of delivery.

Receive RMA
We'll send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 1–2 business days.
- 03
Ship It Back
Pack the item securely and write the RMA number on the outside. Ship to our LA warehouse.
- 04
Get Refunded
After inspection (2–3 business days), we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Eligible for Return
- Unused parts in original packaging
- Wrong item sent by us
- Items defective upon arrival
- Returned within 30 days
Not Eligible for Return
- Installed or used parts
- Electrical components (unless defective)
- Custom or special-order items
- Items returned after 30 days
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
